Premier Member Benefits

TIMEFRAME: 2018 - 2020

MY ROLE:

Marketing Director (employee #4 of start-up)

OPPORTUNITY:

Develop a strategy to establish Premier Member Benefits as the marketplace for benefits and perks offerings for association members.
 

GOALS

Create corporate digital presence for Premier Member Beneifts. Create client affinity perks websites

Select and set up CRM, Marketing Automation platform, and  digital tactics 

Manage  marketing tactics, and benefit messaging on client websites

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

  • Set up the HubSpot marketing automation platform, corporate website, social media accounts, and digital presence; built websites in WordPress.

  • Moved from direct mail to email; managed all facets of email marketing automation system, including list cleansing, landing pages, workflows & automations

  • Standardized client onboarding process and managed (and created) websites for each client

  • Grew member base from 60K to 3M

  • Created customized landing pages, social media campaigns, contests, and other outreach to bring in new members.

CREATIVE EXAMPLES

Instagram Contest launching the Pi Kapp Premier member website

Leaders Win Pi Kapp Premier Instagram contest -  Members were asked to follow Pi Kapp Premier, snap a photo of what leadership meant to them with the hashtag #pkpleaderswin and include their chapter. The chapter with the most follows won the contest.

Customized email templates were deployed along a customer journey, dependent upon interactions with other emails and website content.
