TIMEFRAME: 2006 - 2018

​

BACKGROUND:

Beneplace was an insurance startup selling ancillary benefits to Fortune 1,000 companies. When I started there, Beneplace had 26 clients.

 

Over my tenure at Beneplace, I held positions as Graphic Designer, Communication Specialist, and Creative Director (really more of a Digital Marketing Director position). I built, managed, and scaled a digital marketing team over the next six years, which together we grew to be responsible for thousands of product pages on over 300 employee perks websites featuring offers for more than 700 brands (both direct and affiliate) and both B2B and B2C communications for the business.

GOALS

Find new ways to reach clients and customers to communicate employee perks and ancilary benefits

Maximize revenue and, ultimately, profitability through new channels

Build and manage a team of high-performing creative professionals
